At Loki Approved, we stand behind the toughness of our toys and your satisfaction. If you're not happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns & Refunds
You can request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in the original packaging.

You’ll need to provide proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt).
Exchanges
If your item is defective or incorrect, we’ll gladly send a replacement.
Email sales@lokiapproved.com with your order number and a photo, and we’ll make it right.
Non-Refundable Items
Please note, we cannot accept returns for:

Toys that have been chewed, used, or damaged by pets

Gift cards

Custom or personalized items
How to Request a Refund

We’ll respond within 2 business days with next steps.
Return Shipping
If your return is approved, we’ll provide shipping instructions.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
