At Loki Approved, we’re proud to ship all orders directly from our facility in Indianapolis, Indiana. We aim to get your order to you (and your wild-tailed companions) as quickly and reliably as possible.
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You’ll receive another notification with tracking information when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer flat-rate shipping across the U.S., with delivery via trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on destination and package size.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order Issues or Delays
If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation:
